My PE teacher says that we should not eat after 7pm because we will gain more fats if we do so. Therefore, i have decided to listen to his advice. ^^
" Come on Siti, no more eating after seven pm! You said you wanted to be slim. So listen to Mr Cheaks' advice, listen. " LOL!
